RDBBudget – System for Budget Preparation and Negotiation

RDBBudget is a system designed to manage the entire budget process: from initial formulation to negotiation.

It allows the definition of budget goals based on the organizational structure, providing extensive flexibility to the manager in defining algorithms, processes, and individual objectives. The system utilizes a web-based channel for formulating and consolidating various proposals.

The system is integrated with the RDBVariazioni module for managing budget changes. Once the budget is closed, objectives often need to be revised and updated due to network changes (such as shifting a client from one branch to another, reorganizing, introducing a new manager, etc.) or corrections to previously set objectives.

RDBVariazioni – Budget Re-modulation

RDBVariazioni allows for the re-modulation of the budget, for example, following a reallocation of resources, the relocation of clients, the opening of a new branch, etc.

Starting from the set of clients affected by the change, the system determines the budget values that characterize this set, using the same criteria applied in the creation of the budget. It then deducts these values from the sending unit and allocates them to the receiving unit.

As an example, following the closure of an agency and the transfer of its clients to other agencies, the system automatically adjusts the budget of the agencies receiving the clients.

The status of variations can be tracked through the Practice Monitor and Control Reports.
