RDB & Open Systems was founded in the fall of 1994 with the goal of developing innovative IT solutions for the financial market. Over the years, our company has consolidated and grown, expanding the range of products and services offered and becoming a reference point for the Planning and Management Control area of Italian banks.

In 2018, Sydema Srl, a leading company in the management of NPLs (Non-Performing Loans) from credit monitoring to recovery management, joined the RDB group. Today, the group benefits from over 150 professionals dedicated to serving clients.
